Dillon Custom Woodwork and Design makes every effort to produce quality wood products for use in your home.  In cases where items are designed to be used in food applications, all material used in the production of these items are certified "Food Grade" by their manufacturer.

Dillon Custom Woodwork and Design makes no assurances or guarantees on the life of the product. Proper care and maintenance by the consumer is required to ensure a long product life.

On a case by case basis, Dillon Custom Woodwork and Design will review any claims about a product defect. At the sole discretion of Dillon Custom Woodwork and Design, we may repair on in some cases, replace an item.  This is not to be construed as a warranty of any type.
